This Privacy Policy explains how Creek211 ("Creek211", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our website (www.creek211.com), our game, and related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you interact with the Services you may give us:

• your email address (if you sign up to be notified about launch);
• your Solana wallet address and a signed message (if you connect a wallet to join the airdrop list — signing proves ownership and never moves funds);
• a game account and gameplay data (username, progress, in-game stats) if and when you play;
• any information you share in our community channels (e.g. Discord, X).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites and online games, our servers automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps, for security, diagnostics, and to operate the Services.

Public blockchain data. $CREEK is a token on the Solana blockchain. Wallet addresses and transactions are public and recorded permanently on-chain — this is inherent to how public blockchains work and is not controlled by us.

2. How we use your information

• to notify you about launch, updates, and community news you asked for;
• to operate, maintain, and improve the game, website, and airdrop program;
• to distribute airdrops or rewards to wallets on the list (at our discretion);
• to protect against fraud, spam, abuse, and security threats;
• to comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers that help us run the Services (e.g. hosting/server infrastructure) under confidentiality obligations;
• with platforms you choose to use, such as the Epic Games Store, subject to their own privacy policies;
• where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Creek211, our users, or others;
• in connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition).

4. Cookies & local storage

Our website uses minimal, essential browser storage to make the site function. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. You can clear or block browser storage in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.

5. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data recorded on the public blockchain cannot be deleted.

6. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. You can unsubscribe from launch emails at any time, and you can ask us to remove your email or wallet address from our lists by contacting us (see below). Note we cannot alter data already recorded on-chain.

7. Children

The Services are not directed to children. The website and its crypto-related features are intended for adults 18 years or older, and the game is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Never share your wallet's seed phrase or private keys with anyone — we will never ask for them.

9. International users

We may process and store information in countries other than yours. By using the Services you consent to such transfers, which will be handled consistently with this Policy.

10. Third-party links & services

The Services link to third parties (e.g. Epic Games Store, Discord, X). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their policies separately.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
