These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Creek211 website, game, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use any crypto- or token-related features (including connecting a wallet or acquiring $CREEK), and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live. The Services are void where prohibited.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Creek211 for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, cheat, exploit, botize, or resell the game or any part of it.
$CREEK is a community token planned on the Solana blockchain (launch platform to be announced). It is not an investment, security, or financial product, and buying it is entirely at your own risk.
Any airdrop, reward, or promotion (including the wallet airdrop list) is discretionary, may change or be cancelled at any time, and may be subject to eligibility rules and applicable law. Joining a list is free and creates no obligation or entitlement. We may exclude wallets we believe are associated with fraud, abuse, sanctioned parties, or Sybil activity.
You agree not to: break the law; harass, threaten, or harm others; post spam, scams, phishing, or malware; impersonate Creek211 or others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services; or interfere with their operation or security.
The Creek211 name, logo, game, artwork, characters, and website content are owned by Creek211 or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our brand or content except as expressly allowed.
If you post content in our community channels, you are responsible for it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Services and their promotion. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or community rules.
The Services integrate with or link to third parties, including the Epic Games Store, Solana wallets, Discord, and X. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. Creek211 is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Epic Games; when you use the Epic Games Store, Epic's terms also apply.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any token will retain value.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creek211 and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, tokens, or crypto assets, arising from or related to your use of the Services — including losses from token volatility, wallet compromise, or blockchain transactions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creek211 and its team from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert your country/state], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
